Since we’ve been getting a lot of comments on our Botox post we thought we’d bring up the topic of detoxifying the body again. As our regulars know we’ve undergone the process of colonic irrigation and found it hard but highly rewarding as our toxins went through us like a Porsche.
Our fellow flower smeller over at Personal Development for the Book Smart has undergone another kind of detox with an all vegan diet for ten days. The results do seem to show that you look and feel better afterwards.
Has anyone else tried out any detox routine or would you?

I’m about to start the cabbage soup diet this week! Too much junk of late.
I think detoxing life coaches with a whole fresh Mango and colonic ass pumping prior to them donating organs would be great and maybe we could reward them with a years supply of flowers that they could send to Shambo’s funeral. In order to maintain their anonimity they’d need some cosmetic surgery at the new hospital planned for the 160th floor of the worlds newest tallest building in Dubai.

they do my de-toxing for me as I go.
I am more into a pro-tox diet.
I did a liquid detox thing once and it just drained me of enery, lasted 3 days and pigged out on a balti and a couple of pints of stella - great value and never again thanks.
Don’t kill me for writtin this but I CAN’T RESIST…..
Um does kickin heroin cold turkey count.
Because I did that too many times and I just would NOT suggest it to anyone.

My point exactly, do we need to debate this again? Nope.
Regarding the cabbage soup, please make sure you don’t fart in a lift or other confined space, you could end up on a manslaughter charge. Certainly I probably would, cabbage and sprouts have the effect of turning my guts into a sulphur factory, mind you so does Sechuan hot pot and chilli fish but with the added joy of burning more on exit than entry (and with Sechuan that is really no joke).
Good on you Morga, just looked at your site - quite a roller coaster youve had and all the best with your 30 day quest. Puts things in perspective.
