A coffee.. and then sleep!
I crash out reasonably easily, just depends if I have to get up early and go to bed before 2am then some it takes ages,
after about 2am then no trouble at all…
get up about 7-8am but usually wake up 2 or 3 times through the night…
with winter coming its the getting out thats the trouble….. freezing… and the electric blankets way to comfy..
rise early (6.30ish), work all day, work at home at night, 10 min tv around 11.30 and then crash out by midnight (or later) and do it all again next day. What sleep problems…. apart from not getting enough.

Well I love sleeping (how lame does that sound?) but I lately I don’t go to bed until I get everything done I need to for the next day. Usually by then I just crash.

About 3am for me, but only after a good read. If I haven’t got a book at bedtime I get desperate and would even read a prayer book…. if I had one

8-10 hours a night always!!!!
You really have to consider your health in all of this and remember that good health comes from proper rest. Many hormones are released only during sufficient sleep that help to repair your body and prevent premature aging! And the best sleep people is before midnight so it does not count if you go to sleep at 2am and sleep till 2pm and are happy that you got 12 hours. As far as your body is concerned - you just threw it out of balance.
