Go! Smell the National Photo Jigsaw Day - UK

Here in the UK, we’re celebrating National Photo Jigsaw day! (really).

If you could promote or celebrate a more obscure national day, what would it be and why? Would it be something to fill you with national pride - given the recent discussions on multi-cultural societies - or would it be something more intangible - love/peace/puddings you’d like to see honoured and remembered?

How do we keep a national identity and does such a thing even exist anymore beyond the sterotypes ’stiff upper brits’ and ‘loudmouth yanks’ that seem to pervade our universal society where borders are just lines on a map and cultural differences are expressed via religious beliefs and very often violence… well you know what i mean.

Happy jigsaw day!!

Save us a PIECE of cake….

Any celebrations with fab photo gifts?

Maybe the boundaries are rolling into one identity wise as the internet knows no borders, except for blocked sites in China and Dubai of course…

‘Pompous Boss Gets Married Day’. Like his Freudian slip said, the objective is to bed her. Small man syndrome.

National Lamington and Pavlova Day….
So we all must by law have a BBQ and then eat nothing else but lamingtons and Pavlovas… now that would be a national holiday…
and anyone who didnt like either would be placed in stocked for the day and we could throw lamingtons at them… hehehehehehehhe

We have a national jigsaw day? Awesome! Why did I not know this? I have managed to destroy a hedge today during being at home DIY stuff. If anyone can put that back together before my wife gets home to see what I did, it is a 10000 piece puzzle. Anyone? Please?
