I don’t think worship’s quite the right expression (but I can’t think of anything better myself at the moment) but closest for me is my family - mandy and the kids.

Don’t go in for the fruity ones myself, but I’ll take on the nutty ones. :)

I dont worship anything….
never have…
I am however rather spiritual in that I say thankyou for the bush and the rainforests, I thank the universe for the things I have and the life I have such as it is, and I ask who or what ever when I need a helping hand…. no point closing yourself off to possibilites is there might miss something….

What I worship? A changeable item, depending on day, mood and current progress. Perhaps the most consistent items of worship for me are my daughter, Lucy and Paul, my partner. Beyond that it is quite simply tomorrow and the fact that it is still there. Is that very shallow?

Plenty of people worship me, thanks for raising the point. Not sure if its for my body, intellect or humour but sometimes it can be tiresome, all those people falling at your feet and trying to kiss the soles of them. Personally I don’t encourage it as it isn’t healthy but it just seems unstoppable these days. Tough job but I think I cope and I am quite magnanimous with it.

I think worship is not the right word when it comes to our relationship with the Creation. Only the Creator is to be worshipped.

Great rhyme Jim. I can’t say that I “worship” anything but I am grateful for everything I have, my family, my life, my friends, and I am the “wife” ;)

The idea of ‘worshipping’ something kind of makes me feel all creepy. I guess its the puritannical/christian based influences of my culture. I’d opt to say that I’m grateful, too. For my family, budding career and ability to get up every day and just keep on truckin’

What do I worship?

God from above
Life without strife
Being and seeing
The sun and fun
Hearts not apart
Lakes and waves
Flowers that tower.
Love, love, love

:D

Hugs, JJ
