GO! Smell the leaning tower of Pisa!
October 10th, 2007 by JimHaving recently visited the leaning tower of Pisa many of us tourists were intent on being pictured trying to straighten out the tower, including Jim, below.
If it wasn’t for this leaning tower, quite frankly Pisa wouldn’t have much else going for it.
So, metaphor time, should we accept the imperfections or nuances of something or try to change them? Comments welcomed with any examples please, leaning is optional.

Leae imperfections alone, plain and simple!
That would be LEAVE not Leae.
Certain imperfections can be harmful and should probably be removed. Yet, many imperfections are just the spice that gives life variety.
life is full of imperfection, if we couldn’t accept it, probably we’re going to have much trouble
I agree. The leaning is what draws great attention to this construction.

Leave it be, you’re right flowers - it is all Pisa has! There is a second lesser known tower as well in Pisa, according to Google!
Did you have Pizza in Pisa?
I like to think of “imperfections” as perfectly imperfect!
GO! Mighty, so true, well said :0)
No-one would go and see a Non-Leaning Tower of Pisa, would they?
I believe the would m’Lord, how many travel to Paris and Blackpool simply to view a boring old vertical tower?
A Friend of mine, the Third Earl of Fudgeworthy often has people round to see his towering erection, perfectly straight by all accounts.
3rd earl of fudgeworthy, HA!
Does he have a leaning love dungeon?
He prefers tunnel, far more satisfying action with tunnels, now a tunnel in a dungeon…….
You make a good point, sir.
My own proud Likely Tower is a popular destination with the tourists (especially females), and I believe it is also one of the few man-made erections visible from space.
How much is it for a ride, Lord?
